# 2025-04-28 (Redbird) ## KMTN VOR 15 (green needles) - radial 021 $\rightarrow$ CUMBE - turned too early for DME arc (joined arc 13.9 DME / started turn about 13.2 DME) - did not set flaps 10 at any point - did not make callouts (1,000 above etc) - started descending below 1,300 at R051 (instead of 047) - flew past missed approach point for about 30 seconds before starting climb - used 30 degree intercept angle for R068 on missed approach procedure ## KMTN ILS 33 (full approach) - GPS working (loaded approach) - correctly chose parallel entry for hold - turned wrong direction for parallel entry and did 270 degree turn - flew outbound on the localizer in the wrong direction for the hold - turned left from the outbound course and joined the localizer offset - became confused with position while inbound on the approach (thought was past CINDI) ![[Pasted image 20250428160253.png]] - full deflection on the localizer crossing FAF - slightly delayed before going missed - on climb out airspeed rose to 120+ knots
