- 141 IPC ground portion
- great job finding seat belt information on how tight it has to be
- good job finding the changes ins tall speed with changes in CG

- [ ] continue to review atmospheric stability and how the lapse rate relates to it in terms of different moisture content
- [ ] review [FAA: NEXRAD](https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/weather/nexrad)
- [ ] review how alternating current is converted to direct current
- [ ] [[Electrical System]]

- be very careful not to engage starter when the propeller is spinning
- make sure to complete flight control check before starting engine
- did not remove control lock until noticed it while taxiing
- you do not need to include "november" when making radio calls
- Chandelles
- overall good job, simultaneously add rudder when rolling in to aid with coordination
- second one was great
- I would put a little bit more emphasis on reference points when teaching the maneuver
- Lazy Eights
- great job picking reference points and talking through them
- beautiful

- remember that a false or failed start is always better than starting the airplane at too high of an RPM
- lets say that you have accidentally started at too low of an RPM, you can slightly increase the throttle, but be very careful to not significantly increase RPM, it's totally fine in the engine turns off again and you have to attempt another start but we mainly want to avoid high RPM just after start
- good job adding back pressure on elevator for taxi turns, utilizing minimal braking, and applying crosswind corrections
- good job teaching taxiing
- went to northwest practice area -> went through common visual references that can be used to identify bravo shelfs / edge of delta airspace
- remember to maintain approximately 9 degrees nose up after rotation and allow the airplane to accelerate to Vy
- remember that during the daytime it is beneficial to utilize the RECOG light instead of the landing light because it will flash while yo are in flight which can increase visibility
- you always want to emphasize doing clearing turns just before entering into a maneuver
- if for some reason you have to fly for a period after doing a clearing turn, go ahead and do another clearing turn before the maneuver, remember that you are defeating the purpose of doing a clearing turn if you're not flying in the area that you cleared
- continue to review SOPs for airspeeds that we maintain during different maneuvers which may differ from how you did them
- always emphasize setting heading bug and altitude bug (especially when making turns)
- remember to use 1,100 for pattern altitude at KORL
## Slow Flight
- great job
## Power off Stall
- make sure that you do clearing turns just before the maneuver
- emphasize going very slowly into the stall to showcase the signs of oncoming stall and what a real power off stall will look like
## Normal Landing / Approach / Pattern
- first landing
- GO AROUND if you're not stabilized!!
- its always a good time to emphasize that you do go arounds as an instructor and so should your students!!!
- nothing wrong with being unstabilized as long as you make the correct decision to discontinue the approach
- good job with traffic pattern
- approaches tended to be high
- make sure you are sufficiently extending downwind out a bit before turning base
## Forward Slip
- remember not to excessively add aileron going into forward slip, you only need as much aileron as is required for you to maintain runway centerline on final
## Soft Field
- make sure to hold sufficient back pressure on the elevator to bring the nosewheel off the ground
