# Notes
- do a teardrop entry for the traffic pattern!
- it's more efficient than overflying at 2,000 feet and extending out to then join a 45 degree pattern entry
- there isn't too much point in climbing to 2,000 and then immediately descending down, plus it is difficult to lose 1,000 feet in a 180
- switched from Vy to cruise climb crossing 2,000 feet instead of 1,000
## Short Field Landing
### Attempt 1
- went around, turned base too early and was too high on final
- ==**no radio calls for base / final turn at X04 (was quite busy)**==
### Attempt 2
- touchdown point "top of the numbers"
- keep in mind that this doesn't give you too much room and you risk potentially landing short displaced threshold
- ==**no radio call for base turn**==
- ==**a little over 200 feet long**==
## Power off 180
- ==**extremely high on final (went around)**==
## Slow Flight
- good job
## Steep Spiral
## Lazy Eights
- need more right rudder during initial turn to the right
- otherwise acceptable
## Eights on Pylons
## Short Field Takeoff
## Power off Stall
- remember to push the nose down to stop the stall warning horn from going off
## Power on Stall
## Emergency Descent
## Emergency Approach and Landing
## Systems and Equipment Malfunctions
