- continually loaded leg between VACTE and then went direct FOJSO
- asked about what he would do in loss of communications situation when approx 4 miles from zovlu
- did not mention about altitude so I asked about it
- stated would go to 3100 feet (MSA is 3000) (we were at 2,000 at the time)
- crossed through final approach course twice after being put on intercept headings, stopped approach at that point
